We have some tips for a smooth start:
- Help your mentee with setting up two learning objectives during the first meeting;
- Keep track of these objectives on a shared document. By doing this, it is easier to track progress!
We’ll support you with mentoring content, sent via email before your meetings. This content will help give your meetups more body.
One last thing: you may add Hello Mentor to your LinkedIn profile as a part of your experience, and use #hellomentor in posts to show the world what you’re up to!
